DELHI, INDIA — JUNE 22, 2026

LivoRx, an AI-first health-tech pioneer, today announced the general availability of Platform 2.0 — a transformative release that evolves the company's offering from a lab-report digitization engine into a complete, AI-native telehealth operating system spanning the entire care journey. The release delivers 47 features across 216 engineering points, covering AI clinical documentation, end-to-end telehealth lifecycle management, and a unified patient health dashboard for multi-generational family care.

The Problem: Healthcare's Documentation Crisis

Physicians today spend nearly two hours on administrative documentation for every hour of patient care. In emerging markets like India — where a single doctor may see 50+ patients daily — this burden is unsustainable. Meanwhile, patients receive fragmented care with no unified view of their health history, prescriptions, or lab results. Families managing multi-generational health have no single dashboard to track the wellbeing of parents, children, and dependents.

Platform 1.0 solved the first piece — converting paper lab reports into structured, AI-analyzed digital records. Platform 2.0 solves the rest.

Pillar I

AI Clinical Documentation Engine

The headline innovation of Platform 2.0 is a fully integrated pipeline that converts live telehealth conversations into structured clinical notes — eliminating manual charting entirely. When a consultation begins, real-time transcription activates automatically. AI-powered speaker diarization tags every utterance as patient or provider. Within 60 seconds of call completion, an AI-generated SOAP note (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) is ready for physician review.

Every transcript undergoes automated PHI redaction before reaching any AI model. Field-level AES encryption is applied at first write. Recording consent is enforced as a hard technical gate — not a policy checkbox. The result: clinical AI that is both powerful and compliant with HIPAA and India's DPDPA framework.

Pillar II

Complete Telehealth Visit Lifecycle

Every step of a telehealth visit — from scheduling to post-visit follow-up — is now digitized with automation and safety checks. Doctors onboard through a guided profile wizard, patients book appointments with real-time availability, and both receive automated confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails.

During consultations, providers access a suite of in-call clinical tools: real-time drug interaction and allergy safety checks powered by an 80-pair interaction matrix and 9 cross-reactive allergen classes, RxNorm-based drug search, vitals capture, and a live patient context panel showing conditions, allergies, and medication history. After the call, a structured post-visit sign-off flow with ICD-10 search, AI SOAP review, and automated visit summary emails ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

For interoperability, Platform 2.0 exports complete encounter records as FHIR R5 Bundles — ready for India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) health data exchange.

Pillar III

Patient Health Operating System

Patients gain a unified, longitudinal view of their health. The new Health Timeline aggregates visits, prescriptions, lab orders, and lab results into a single chronological feed with filter chips and date-range selectors. Quick Stats cards surface BP, heart rate, weight, and SpO₂ trends with clear directional arrows. Lab order tracking provides a visual 4-step pipeline from order to results.

The redesigned Medications page deduplicates prescriptions, calculates supply-state badges, and integrates AI-generated drug descriptions. Family members each get their own photo profile with canvas-based crop and zoom. Every prescription generates a print-optimized PDF with doctor credentials and patient details. And a "What does this mean?" button on every health event opens an AI-powered explanation in plain language.

"With Platform 2.0, we've built what every healthcare system needs but none have delivered — an AI-native operating system where the doctor's conversation becomes the medical record, where prescriptions are safety-checked in real time, and where families see their complete health story in one place. This is not incremental improvement. This is a new category."
